Memberships

Becoming a member of APAYPA helps not only financially, but also morally. Members of APAYPA are invited to participate in all of our activities and are attended the annual which is held the third Sunday every January. Members also receive our newsletter SERES.

2. Low cost spay/neuter program: Only one dog or cat can produce 4,372 offspring in 7 years.

From every littler one or two find homes, the rest roam our streets, end up dead on our highways, die of hunger, or must be put to sleep. APAYPA is striving to alleviate this problem through a special program to provide free operations or even lower cost than our low cost operations to the pets of people who would not otherwise be able to afford an operation. Your donation for even one operation will prevent the suffering of thousands!

3. Adoption program: Thousands of abandoned dogs and cats in Puerto Rico meet a horrible death each year either on our highways or by diseases or hunger.

Additional thousands are humanely put to sleep in the few shelters on the island because homes cannot not be found for them. APAYPA is striving to alleviate this problem by promoting adoption. Your donation will help pay for the publicity needed to promote this program or for the establishment of a special adoption center.
