Villa Michelle is an animal shelter owned and operated by the non-profit organization "Asociacion pro Albergue y Protección de Animales" (APAYPA) and located in Mayagúez, Puerto Rico. We are dedicated to:

• Giving shelter to homeless animals.
• Finding homes for abandoned pets.
• Low cost spay/neuter clinic.
• Promoting responsible ownership through our education programs.
